Pandesal

A father watched as his son delightfully devoured some bread from the  supermarket which was once acclaimed for it's high quality products albeit high prices.

After glancing at the ingredients, the father began to question why the bread warranted such a high price when it was not made of the best ingredients. He also noticed the bread also contained preservatives, conditioners, colorants and a plethora of other ingredients which focused more on it's aesthetic value rather than it's intrinsic qualities.

This set the father on a long path to find bread that focused on every single ingredient that went into each loaf from the flour, to the eggs, to each grain of salt. That path would lead him to start Moonlight Bread.
